John George, MS, N.H.A.

Administrator 

John brings nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare administration to his role at Franciscan Shore. He works with new residents and their families as they seek information about assisted living and long-term care, and as they get settled in their new surroundings.

In his role as administrator, John oversees the nursing department, dietary services, transportation, I.T., facilities, recreation therapy, and housekeeping.

He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Cardinal Stritch College.

John’s philosophy is to support the teams that deliver quality services to residents, and to inspire them to be compassionate caregivers who reach for excellence in all interactions with those they serve. 

He loves to travel and has visited many countries around the world. His favorite city is Budapest, Hungary.

Dr. Kamia Monet Beasley, DNP, RN, NE-BC

Director of Nursing Practice

Kamia Monet Beasley leads a nursing team committed to providing compassionate  care to all residents of Franciscan Shore. Kamia holds a doctorate in nursing practice with over 27 years of long-term care experience. She has served as a nursing instructor and RN case manager and is a board-certified nurse executive and nurse educator. Her approach to care is built on creating a partnership, focusing on education, empowerment, and inclusion of the patient in care planning.

Kamia has two children – Trey and Sheign – and two cats. She enjoys nature, photography, reading, watching films, and having fun with family and friends.
